Fees and protection

The platform takes nothing. Professionals are paid for their work.

Fursa365 receives no money from anyone. Zatra Consultants Limited charges its own client a professional fee for verifying, structuring and taking a transaction to completion, agreed in writing before any introduction and due mainly on completion.

Who is paid, and for what

The platform is free. Each firm is paid for its own work.

Fees are invoiced and received by the firm that does the work, never by Fursa365, never by the other side of a deal, and never as a share of the price.

NDNCA

The Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement is signed by both parties with Zatra Consultants Limited before any name, address or document is released. It keeps deal information confidential and stops either side from going around the introduction.

NDNCA explained

Professional Services and Fee Agreement

The PSFA is Zatra's engagement letter with its own client. It lists the services Zatra delivers, sets the professional fee on a schedule scaled to the project value whose percentage falls as value rises, fixes when it is due, and keeps it payable if the client completes with a party Zatra verified and introduced, outside the platform, within the protection period.

Third-party charges and the deal money

Government, registry, regulator, advocate, valuer, surveyor, laboratory and bank charges are paid by the party who commissions them, at the provider's official rate. They are never marked up.

Money owed between the parties under their agreement is paid directly between them through banks. Neither Fursa365 nor Zatra ever receives it.
