What is Fursa365?

Fursa means opportunity. Fursa365 is a deal room for idle assets in Tanzania: owners submit qualified offers, Zatra Consultants verifies and tests the demand, and matched parties meet under a signed NDNCA, run their own due diligence and close with their advocates.

Is it a marketplace where I buy and sell?

No. There is no shop, cart or price list. Offers are shown privately to verified demand, and every deal is a protected introduction followed by the client's own checks and an agreement drafted by an advocate.

Does Fursa365 lend money or hold my money?

No. Fursa365 does not lend, take deposits, pay interest, run escrow or pool investors. The parties pay each other directly under their own signed agreement.

Who gets paid, and does Fursa365 take a cut?

Fursa365 is a platform and receives no money, no listing fee and no commission. Zatra Consultants Limited charges its own client a professional fee for verifying, structuring and taking the transaction to completion, set in a Professional Services and Fee Agreement before any introduction and due mainly on completion. Nembo, panel professionals and the auctioneer charge for their own work. Nobody takes a share of the price.

Which countries are covered?

Tanzania first, Mainland and Zanzibar. Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, DR Congo and Mozambique open after the platform's full functionality is live in Tanzania.

Who verifies the demand?

Zatra Consultants Limited. Every request goes through identity and beneficial-owner checks, proof of mandate and capacity, and a seriousness test call before it is matched.

Does Zatra verification mean the deal is safe?

No. Screening confirms identity, authority, documents and the legal lane. It is not due diligence, a valuation or a legal opinion. The client must run its own third-party due diligence before signing.

What are the NDNCA and the PSFA?

The NDNCA keeps deal information confidential and stops parties going around the introduction. The PSFA is the engaging party's agreement with Zatra and sets Zatra's professional fee; the platform itself takes nothing. Both are signed before any introduction.

How do I get paid?

Directly by your counterparty, through banks, under the agreement your advocates draft. Fursa365 never receives money owed between the parties.

Do I need an account?

To submit offers and requests, track statuses and keep deal rooms across devices, yes; it is free. Guests can browse the deal room and open a few library documents first.

Can foreigners take part?

Yes, as buyers, investors and professionals. Some assets carry ownership limits, such as land, which foreigners hold through investor routes, and primary mining licences, which are reserved for Tanzanian citizens. The advocate confirms the right structure.

Can I list a single phone, watch or chair?

No. Fursa365 is not a shop. Goods are accepted as whole lots, and valuables only as provenance-backed lots matched to verified buyers.

What happens when my offer reaches its end date?

It closes automatically and stops matching. Renew it with a new end date after confirming the details are still true.

I am a driver or operator. Do I pay to be listed?

No. Fursa365 never charges workers to be introduced. You agree your service terms directly with the asset owner.

What stops a buyer going around Fursa365 to deal with me directly?

The NDNCA every party signs before an introduction includes a non-circumvention clause with a stated term. Going around the platform is a breach the other party can enforce, and Zatra removes the offender from the deal room.

How do I know the other side has the money or the capacity?

A request is matched only after Zatra has seen proof of capacity, such as a bank letter or statement, a mandate where the requester acts for others, and a seriousness call. You still confirm it in your own due diligence before you sign.

I am far from Dar es Salaam. Does Fursa365 work in my region?

Yes. Offers and requests are accepted from all 31 regions of Mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar. Zatra's onsite verification can be commissioned anywhere in the country, and the desk works by WhatsApp and phone.

Can I keep my asset while it earns?

Yes. Hire, revenue share, management contracts, operator pairing and joint ventures all leave the title or registration with you. Transfer is one route among ten, chosen only if you want to offload.

Who owns the documents I upload?

You do. They are shown only to parties who have signed the NDNCA, in the stages you choose, and are deleted from the deal room on the schedule in the privacy policy.

How do I report misconduct?

WhatsApp the desk or email [email protected] with the listing reference. Reports are reviewed by someone not involved in the deal.

Still have a question?

WhatsApp the desk. A person answers during office hours.
