How a sale runs

  1. Owner

    Choose the auction route

    A qualified offer in a permitted category is referred to the auctioneer with its verified documents and the owner's reserve.

  2. Auctioneer

    Catalogue and bidder registration

    Kasongo Auction Mart Limited catalogues the lot, sets the sale date and registers bidders, verifying identity and taking any deposit.

  3. Bidders

    Live and online bidding

    Bids are placed in the room or online; every online bid is time-stamped and shown live. The auctioneer's hammer closes the lot.

  4. Both parties

    Sale note and settlement

    The auctioneer issues the sale note and invoice; buyer and seller settle through the auctioneer under its terms. Fursa365 records the outcome.

Auction rules

  • Every auction is conducted by Kasongo Auction Mart Limited under its auctioneer licence. Fursa365 is not the auctioneer and takes no bids on its own account.
  • Bidders register with the auctioneer, who verifies identity and holds any deposit. Fursa365 never holds deposits or sale money.
  • Lots come from qualified Fursa365 offers whose owner has chosen the auction route. Reserve prices are set by the owner with the auctioneer.
  • Online bids are time-stamped and shown live in the room; the auctioneer's hammer closes each lot. A sale note and invoice come from the auctioneer.
  • Minerals, licences and shares are not auctioned. Vehicles, machines, goods, livestock and property only, with the owner's documents verified first.
Three rooms, one rule

Deal rounds are sealed and the owner chooses. Private tenders are sealed and invitation-only. The auction room is open bidding under a licensed auctioneer's hammer. In all three, Fursa365 never holds money and every counterparty is verified first.

Who runs the auctions?

Kasongo Auction Mart Limited, a licensed auctioneer, by arrangement with Fursa365. The auctioneer registers bidders, holds deposits, conducts the sale and issues the sale note. Fursa365 hosts the online room and refers lots from qualified offers.

How do I bid online?

Register as a bidder with the auctioneer, who verifies your identity and takes any deposit it requires. Once your bidder number is confirmed, the online room lets you bid on open lots; every bid is time-stamped and shown live.

Does Fursa365 hold my deposit or the sale money?

No. Deposits, sale proceeds and refunds go through the auctioneer under its licence and terms. Fursa365 never holds money.

What can be auctioned?

Vehicles, machines, bulk goods, livestock and property with verified documents. Mineral stockpiles, mining licences and company shares are not auctioned; they go through deal rounds and private tenders.

What about the reserve?

The owner sets the reserve with the auctioneer. Some lots show the reserve, some do not. If the reserve is not met the lot is passed and may return in a later sale.
