How it works

Two sides, checked separately, matched on evidence

Offers are qualified before they are shown. Requests are verified and tested before they are matched. Nobody meets anybody until both sign the NDNCA.

If you have something idle

  1. Owner

Create an account and submit a qualified offer

State what, route, region, value band and the end date, and confirm the evidence for the category.

  2. Zatra

    Screening

Identity, beneficial owners, authority, documents and the legal lane. Anything missing comes back as a list.

  3. Fursa365

    Qualified and listed privately

Verified demand sees a summary. Your name and exact address stay hidden.

  4. Both parties

    Protection signed

Both sign the NDNCA; the engaging party signs the Professional Services and Fee Agreement.

  5. Both parties

    Introduction

Names and the data room are released. The deal room tracks every step.

  6. Client

    Client due diligence

The client's own valuer, geologist, surveyor, engineer, accountant or advocate checks the deal.

  7. Advocate

    Agreement

Heads of terms become a binding agreement drafted by the advocate the parties choose.

  8. Both parties

    Completion

Parties pay each other directly. Zatra invoices its professional fee to its client and the outcome is recorded.

Offer an asset

If you need something

  1. Requester

What you need, the route, region, budget band and the date you need it by.

  2. Zatra

    Verification

Identity, beneficial owners, mandate and proof of capacity such as a bank letter.

  3. Zatra

    Seriousness test

A short call: who decides, the timeline, the budget source.

  4. Fursa365

    Matching

Your verified request is scored against qualified offers, with reasons shown for every match.

Post a request
How a match is scored

Category 40, route 20, location up to 15, timing against the end date 10, value band 10, offer qualified 3, demand verified 2. Every score shows its reasons and is a suggestion for people to review, never an approval.

A handshake across a desk

Verified demand meets qualified supply only after both sides sign the NDNCA.

Gate 02 · Zatra screening

Screened before anyone sees it.

Before an offer is shown, Zatra checks that the file states seven things. A file that cannot stops at gate 02 and goes back to the owner.

  1. Who is offering. The owner's identity and, for a company, its KYC.
  2. What is offered.Named, with the documents behind it.
  3. The right to offer it.Title, licence, logbook or permit, or a signed mandate from the owner.
  4. The route.Sale, lease, hire, joint venture or revenue share.
  5. Where it is.Region and site.
  6. The value band.Stated as a band or a basis, such as an assay.
  7. A hard end date. After it, the offer closes and stops matching.
  8. Stops at gate 02.No documents, no right to offer, or any request for a loan or an upfront deposit.

Screening checks the documents presented. It is not a title search, valuation or legal opinion; each party confirms with its own advocate.

Every deal passes eight gates, and money never passes through the platform

Gate, what happens at it and who is responsible. Yellow gates are the Zatra screening only qualified offers pass; gate 04 is the protection step.

Routes

Ten lawful routes from idle to income

RouteHow it works
Hire or rentThe asset works for someone else for a fee and comes back. Operating hire only, never hire purchase.
Revenue shareAn operator runs the asset and both sides split receipts under a written formula and reporting rule.
Management contractA specialist manages the property or asset for the owner against agreed standards and a fee.
Asset and operator pairingAn idle asset is matched with an idle licensed driver or operator, so two idle things become one income.
Joint venture or SPVParties put assets, licences, skills or capital into a joint company with clear governance and exit terms.
Equity participationA private, bilateral purchase of shares in a legal operating business. No public offer and no pooled fund.
Asset contributionEquipment or property goes into a project in exchange for a defined share, not a loan.
OfftakeA verified buyer agrees to take output such as meat, crops or mineral product, through licensed channels.
Transfer or offloadThe asset moves outright to a verified counterparty after a match. No shop, no cart, no price list.
Service engagementA professional, technician, driver or operator is engaged on written terms for a defined job.
Excluded on every lane

Loans or credit of any kind, Interest or fixed returns, Deposits or savings, Guaranteed income, Pooled or collective investment, Hire purchase or finance leases, Escrow or holding client money, Public offers of shares, Crypto assets, Mineral dealing by the platform.
