Invest in legal businesses without lending to them

Primary mining licences (PML)

Licence holders seeking equipment, working capital or technical partners through a JV. PMLs are reserved for Tanzanian citizens, so other partners participate through structures the law allows.

Mining licences (ML)

Medium-scale projects seeking JV partners, equipment contribution or offtake, with Mining Commission consent where control changes.

Green copper ore (malachite) stockpile

Copper and base metals

Stockpiles, processing capacity and offtake through licensed dealers and processors.

Open grazing land under trees

Meat and livestock

Feedlots, ranches, abattoir capacity and supply contracts with licensed processors.

A farmer among crop rows

Agriculture and agro-processing

Farms, storage, processing lines and offtake for crops.

Trucks on a highway

Logistics and equipment

Fleets, yards and plant contributed to projects for a defined share.

Real estate and operating assets

Joint venture, built for the long term.

For hotels, schools, offices, farms and commercial property, the preferred route is a written joint venture of 10 to 20 years. The owner brings the property, the investor brings the capital, and the agreement protects both.

  1. 01Value firstA registered valuer fixes the property's starting value before any money moves.
  2. 02Invest by planWorks follow an agreed budget from a joint project account; every receipt is recorded.
  3. 03Recover firstThe investor recovers every shilling spent on renovation and improvements before profit is split.
  4. 04Share the profitAfter recovery, profit is shared in the ratio fixed in the agreement.
  5. 05Exit at valueA fresh valuation measures the value added; the investor is repaid any unrecovered spend plus the agreed share of it.
  • Joint project account, two signatures
  • Each party's own advocate
  • Early exit: buy-out at a fresh valuation
  • Disputes: mediation, then arbitration

Nine ways to put capital and assets to work, and not one of them is a loan

Each card is a structure Fursa365 matches. The panel below lists what it refuses on every lane.

A boardroom01

Joint venture or SPV

Parties put assets, licences, skills or capital into a joint company with clear governance and exit terms.

A handshake across a desk09

Transfer or offload

The asset moves outright to a verified counterparty after a match. No shop, no cart, no price list.

Integrity for projects

Technical claims need a named author

Partnering on a PML

Grades, tonnages, resources and reserves are shown only when they come from a report whose author is named, with the reporting code it follows. Fursa365 does not repeat unsupported numbers.

Every participant is introduced privately, one counterparty at a time. Fursa365 does not advertise returns, does not invite the public to subscribe for shares, and does not collect money from several investors into one pot.

Where a project is on village land, near a community, or needs an environmental certificate, those checks belong in the client's due diligence before any agreement.
