Zatra Consultants Limited operates Fursa365 and runs verification and the corporate desks. It has advised local and foreign investors on company setup, tax, licensing and investment since 2014, from First Floor, Mwenge Tower, Sinza A, Dar es Salaam.
Nembo Creative Limited designs the platform's documents and the library of plans, studies, profiles and proposals.
Kasongo Auction Mart Limited, a licensed auctioneer (Auctioneer's General Licence No. 000004492), conducts every physical and online auction referred from the deal room.
The group's livestock and minerals companies, Zatra Synergy Limited and DY Trading Limited, follow the group conflicts rule whenever they take part in a match.

- Screen every offer and request against a written standard before anyone sees it
- Keep names, contacts and exact addresses private until both sides sign the NDNCA
- Explain every match with its reasons, and let people decide
- Disclose in writing when a Zatra group company is on either side
We will not
- Lend, take deposits or hold money owed between parties
- Pool investors or publish promised returns
- List anything that cannot show who owns it or who may sell it
- Let a match proceed without the client's own due diligence
