What Fursa365 collects, why, who sees it and how to control it.
Version 2.1, published 31 October 2026

1. Controller
Zatra Consultants Limited is the controller of personal data processed through Fursa365 and is registered with the Personal Data Protection Commission as a data controller. Fursa365 is a service of Zatra Consultants Limited, not a separate company, so that registration covers it. Contact: [email protected], First Floor, Mwenge Tower, Sinza A, Sam Nujoma Road, opposite Mlimani City, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
2. What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone, role, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), sign-in times and membership status.
- Identity and contact: ID or passport details for verification, company and beneficial-owner details.
- Listing data: descriptions, locations, documents and photos you submit about assets, businesses, projects, capital or skills.
- Verification data: results of identity, sanctions and document checks, call notes from seriousness tests.
- Technical data: device and browser data, IP address and, only with your consent, analytics.
3. Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To screen, list, match and introduce you: performance of the service you asked for.
- To meet anti-money laundering, sanctions and record-keeping duties: legal obligation.
- To keep the Platform safe and prevent fraud: legitimate interest.
- To send updates on new verified demand: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who sees it
Verified members see only the summary of your offer or request, without your name or exact address. Your identity goes to a counterparty only when both sides agree to an introduction. We also share data with service providers that run the Platform for us, such as hosting and email providers, under written terms; with professionals you engage; and with authorities where the law requires. If you choose WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own terms. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Fursa365 serves members worldwide and uses hosting with servers outside Tanzania. Transfers follow the conditions of the Personal Data Protection Act and, for people in the European Union or United Kingdom, the safeguards their law requires.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data while your listing, request or account is active and then for the record-keeping period the law requires, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may download a copy of your account data and close your account from the account page. You may also ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission in Tanzania or the regulator where you live.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege access. No online transmission is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the regulator as the law requires.
9. Children
Fursa365 is not for people under 18.
10. Changes
The version and date at the top show the policy in force.
