Idle skills

Unused skills, degrees, labour and teams, put to paid work

A degree nobody is using, a licence with no truck, a crew between projects, a bench with no site. Fursa365 verifies the skill, pairs it with a project or an idle asset, and gives both sides a negotiation room for value-based terms.

Demand

Who is asking for people

  1. Projects

PML and ML operators, farms, feedlots, processors and contractors that need qualified people for a season or a scope.

  2. Asset owners

Owners of idle trucks, machines, farms and buildings who need an operator, a manager or a crew to put the asset to work.

  3. Deal counterparties

Buyers and investors who need independent professionals for valuation, survey, assay, legal and financial due diligence.

  4. Fursa365 desk

Zatra engagements that need onsite verification, condition reports and sampling in the regions.

Value basis

Six ways to price the work

Day or shift rate

A fixed rate per day or shift with a minimum number of days.

Output share

A share of what the work produces: tonnes hauled, acres planted, units processed, cases closed.

Milestone fee

Payment on delivery of each agreed milestone, with the acceptance test written down.

Monthly retainer

A fixed monthly fee for a defined scope and availability.

Revenue share

A percentage of receipts from the paired asset, with a reporting rule.

Sweat equity

Shares in the venture for work delivered, valued and vested under an advocate-drafted agreement.

The negotiation room

Every skills deal opens a room in the app with the scope, the value basis, milestones, safety and insurance duties, and both sides' negotiation sheet. Nothing starts until the terms are written and the NDNCA is signed.

Questions

Before you list a skill or a team

Questions read
Mwenge Tower, Dar es SalaamThe Fursa365 desk, Mwenge Tower, Dar es Salaam. Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30.
Do I pay to be listed as a driver, graduate or crew?

No. Fursa365 never charges a worker, graduate or crew to be introduced. Zatra's professional fee under the PSFA is paid by the engaging party, directly to Zatra, on completion, and Zatra invoices it in writing.

Is Fursa365 an employer or a recruitment agency?

No. It introduces verified skills to verified demand and gives both sides a negotiation room. The engager and the person or team sign their own service terms, and the engager carries the employment, safety and insurance duties the law places on it.

What does value-based mean?

Terms are set on the value the work creates, not on a job title: a day rate with a minimum, an output share, milestone fees, a retainer, a revenue share from the paired asset, or sweat equity in a venture. The negotiation room lists the basis, the scope and the acceptance test before anyone starts.

Can a whole team or a company bench be offered?

Yes. A crew or a contractor's bench is listed as one unit with a lead, its own supervision and insurance, and is engaged under one contract.

What checks are done on a person?

Identity, licence class or professional registration, certificates, references and, where the role needs it, police clearance. Technical claims in a report still need the author named.

Have skills, a crew or a bench sitting idle?

List them free. Zatra verifies, Fursa365 pairs, and you agree value-based terms in the negotiation room.
