Paid by the client, never by the other side

Every panel engagement is commissioned and paid by the client who needs the check, under written terms. No commission from any counterparty.

Code of ethics

Six rules every panel member signs

Membership is checked against registration with the relevant professional board where one exists, references and a signed declaration. A breach removes the member and is reported to the board where the law allows.

  1. Independence

Declare every interest before accepting work. Never act for both sides without both sides' written consent.

  2. Competence

Accept only work within your registration and experience. Mineral resource figures only as a Competent Person under a recognised code.

  3. Facts with limits

Report what you found, how and when, and what you could not check. Never guarantee grade, yield, value or outcome.

  4. No hidden pay

No commission, gift or fee from any party that the client has not approved in writing. No bribes, ever.

  5. Confidentiality

Use deal information only for the engagement, under the NDNCA and data protection law.

  6. Safety and community

Follow site safety rules and respect landowners and communities. Report hazards and misconduct.

Drivers, operators, breadwinners

Idle skills are assets too

Licensed drivers, plant operators and technicians register their skills and are paired with idle trucks and machines. The owner and the operator agree written service terms directly; the owner keeps the vehicle's licences and insurance current.

Fursa365 is not an employer or a recruitment agency and never charges workers to be introduced.
